We undertook the construction of 68 industrial starter units, ranging from 650 to 1,000 sqft, to support small businesses. Each unit featured robust pad and strip foundations, a steel frame with a masonry or metal cladding façade, UPVC high-level windows and aluminium doors, windows, or roller shutter vehicle access.
The powerfloated concrete slabs ensured a durable and smooth finish, while comprehensive infrastructure and external works completed the project scope.
These high-quality starter units address the growing demand for functional and versatile spaces for small businesses, fostering local economic growth.
