The Hollins, Blackburn

We successfully completed a new-build housing development comprising 14 two and three-bedroom homes. The project included all associated infrastructure, external works, roads and civils. The site, previously an area of a derelict mill (demolished by others), was transformed into a modern residential community.

We delivered the project efficiently and in line with all requirements, ensuring high-quality homes that meet the needs of the local area. This development has revitalised a neglected site, providing much-needed housing and contributing positively to the neighbourhood’s regeneration.
