We are successfully transforming a former bank into a modern mixed-use development, featuring six high-specification apartments and two commercial units on the ground floor.

The project involved an extensive conversion, a large extension and a full façade upgrade to revitalise the dilapidated structure. Despite the challenges of working on an extremely tight site, the project is due to be completed on time and in line with all requirements.

The development has brought significant visual and functional improvements to Four Banks, the main crossroads in Chorlton. By breathing new life into the neglected building, the project not only enhances the area’s aesthetic appeal but also contributes to the local economy by providing quality housing and commercial spaces.
