Bobbin, Lake District

DJL Construction successfully delivered a 2,000 sq ft two-storey office space for a well-known outdoor clothing company. The building features a hybrid steel frame and masonry construction, with two sides cladded in Lakeland stone and a wet dash render finish at the rear. The design incorporates exposed green oak trusses on the first floor and an exposed metal deck on the ground floor, blending modern functionality with traditional craftsmanship.

Built on a previously derelict site, the project revitalised the space with a visually appealing and highly functional office that complements the surrounding Lake District landscape.
