We converted an existing office building in Windermere into a versatile mixed-use development.

The project includes transforming the first and second floors into a 25-bedroom co-living space with shared kitchens and living areas, providing modern, community-oriented housing.

The ground floor of the main building will feature seven commercial units, while a new-build structure on the site will add five commercial studio units, bringing the total commercial space to 5,000 sqft.

The project also involves extensive external works, ensuring the site is functional and visually appealing. Upon completion, the development will offer much-needed co-living accommodation in Windermere and valuable commercial space for small businesses.
