Working with a long-standing client, DJL Construction has undertaken a series of conversion projects to transform dilapidated buildings into high-quality residential spaces designed for vulnerable individuals. These projects ranged in scale, creating between 6 to 19 apartments per building, and included the installation of specialist care equipment to meet the unique needs of the tenants.
We delivered completed buildings that met all project requirements, ensuring the spaces were both functional and comfortable. The result was a collection of thoughtfully designed properties that exceeded expectations. Tenants expressed immense satisfaction, with many describing these homes as the best environments they had ever lived in.
