DJL Construction successfully delivered a 12,500 sqft assisted living development comprising 19 high-specification apartments and two dedicated staff areas.
Built on behalf of Carislease Developments, in collaboration with Liverpool City Council, the project features a four-storey section alongside a three-storey wing, offering much-needed housing to vulnerable individuals.
Despite the challenges of a constrained 1.5m perimeter, DJL maintained efficiency, completing the build on time and within budget. This project demonstrates DJL’s expertise in overcoming complex site conditions while delivering quality housing solutions that meet community needs.
